Terms and Conditions – 3lsahel App

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“User”) and 3lsahel (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

• Users may register via email/password, Google, or Facebook.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activities performed under your account.

4. Services Provided

• Book accommodations and services within North Coast, Egypt (and other supported regions as expanded).
• Browse entertainment, transport, and deals.
• Redeem discount coupons where available.
• Submit reviews and ratings (subject to moderation).

All services are subject to availability and provider approval. Providers may impose additional rules, policies, or requirements.

5. Payments and Bookings

• Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Paymob).
• We are not responsible for delays/failures in payment processing caused by third parties.
• Refund eligibility is subject to each provider’s policy.

6. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Provide true and up-to-date information.
• Do not hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users and providers.

7. Content and Reviews

Users may submit reviews and ratings. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, false, discriminatory, or spammy.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies are defined by service providers. The App does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the provider or required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content within the App are owned by or licensed to 3lsahel. You may not copy, reuse, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Data Protection

User data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to that policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, illegal or fraudulent activities, or repeated abuse of platform rules.

12. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
• We are not liable for third-party services or issues arising from them.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and any relevant international agreements.
